🆕 What's New
Every change to the app, newest first — what was added, revised, fixed or removed, and on which page.
🎓 Getting Started
New here? Start with the checklist below, then use this page as a reference for what everything does.
✅ Quick Start Checklist
Ask your supervisor to set up your Worker profile (with your Employee Number) under Workers.
Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar and select yourself — this is how the app knows who's logging what.
Check the Dashboard every morning — it shows today's agenda, alerts, weather, and the latest announcement in one place.
If you're doing fieldwork, use 📱 Field Mode (bottom of the sidebar) — big buttons made for quick entry while you're out in the blocks.
Not sure where something is? Use the 🔍 Global Search in the top bar — it searches across everything in the app at once.
💡 This app covers a lot of ground — you won't need most of it on day one. Use the sections below as a reference whenever you're wondering "does the app already do this?"

⚖️ Harvest vs Sales
What was picked vs. what was actually sold, by week — flags where fruit may be going missing
Compares Harvest Logs (what was picked in the field) against Sales (what was actually sold), grouped by week. A large gap where Harvested is well above Sold can mean spoilage, unrecorded free/reject volume, or fruit that hasn't been sold yet — it's a signal to check, not automatically a problem.

🧴 Fertilizer & Pesticide Application Program
Ground & foliar fertilizer, Sigatoka control, and stem/mat spray program — with IRAC/FRAC resistance-management codes
MOA Code = the IRAC (insecticides) or FRAC (fungicides) resistance-management group. Rotating between different MOA groups — not just different brand names — is what actually prevents resistance buildup; two products with the same MOA code count as the same rotation partner even if their names differ. Verify any code before relying on it — I've pre-filled the ones I could confirm from official IRAC/FRAC sources, and left anything uncertain blank for you to fill in from the product label.

🎗️ Ribbon Calendar
Set which ribbon color applies to each week — you enter this from your own periodic calendar, nothing is guessed
Enter the date your Period 1 / Week 1 begins this year (a Sunday), then set the ribbon color for each week to match your company's periodic calendar. Update the start date at the beginning of each new year. The week numbering below is shared by every farm — only the ribbon colors are set per farm, since different farms can tag the same week with a different color.
(defaults to today — pick another date to check its week/color)
🔁 Auto-Fill by Repeating Cycle
Define this farm's color rotation once — the pattern below is a starting guess, not confirmed from an image, so check it matches your real ribbon set before applying. Click "Apply" and it repeats across all 52 weeks for the selected farm, so you don't have to set each one by hand.

📍 Investment Return by Block
Total Investment is spread across blocks proportional to hectarage — the same method used for Allocated Overhead in Block Comparison — since the investment itself wasn't made per-block. Cumulative Net Income per block reuses the same cost and revenue figures shown there. Uses a different methodology than the table above — this one uses Harvest revenue plus assignment labor, inventory, fertilizer, and irrigation costs per block; the table above uses the farm-wide Income Statement (Harvest/Sales combined, plus Charging of Accounts and Payroll). The two won't sum to the same total — that's expected, not an error, since they're answering different questions (farm-wide payback vs. which blocks are pulling their weight).

💵 Cash Flow
When money actually moves — different from Income Statement, which counts revenue and expenses whether or not cash has changed hands yet
This is not the same number as Net Income. Cash In is Harvest + Sales revenue on the date recorded. Cash Out is only expenses actually marked Paid (on their paid date), plus Payroll (on pay period end), and Fertilizer, Irrigation, Vehicle, and Infrastructure costs (on their logged date). A profitable month can still show negative cash flow if bills came due before payment was collected.

Next 13 periods (~4 weeks each, matching this app's own year convention), projected from your current Financial Assumptions
This is a steady-state estimate, not a guarantee. Every period is projected using your Financial Assumptions' current Sales and Cost figures, held constant — it does not know about seasons, price swings, or a bad period unless you update those assumptions to reflect them. Depreciation is deliberately excluded from Cash Out below, since it's an accounting allocation, not money that actually leaves the farm. Starting balance is pulled from your real, actual Cash Flow balance today — not a guess.

⚖️ Combined Break-even — Two Factors Moving Together
The three figures above move one factor at a time. In reality, yield and cost often move together — e.g. a bad season often means lower yield and higher cost per hectare. Set what you expect for those two below, and this solves for how much room Price still has.
Price Can Still Drop By
0%

📊 Historical Monthly Break-even (Actual Data)
Everything above is a model of what could happen. This is what actually happened — real Net Income by month, computed from your Harvest/Sales revenue and Charging of Accounts/Payroll costs, the same way Income Statement does. Answers "has this actually been a problem" rather than "how much room is there."
🔮 Financial Assumptions
The approved Silay Goshen financial model — 20 blocks, five crops each, monthly from March 2026 to August 2031. Every assumption is the one approved in the Lakatan Financial Model workbook, and everything below is computed from them.
Set this per week to match how harvest actually happens — it rolls up to Period (4 weeks) and Year (13 periods / 52 weeks) automatically below.
= 100% Recovery
📐 Lacatan Production Standard (agreed at the 1 Oct 2026 Goshen Management Meeting — the targets every Goshen is measured against)
One agreed model for all Goshens. A period is 4 weeks (13 per year). Period 1 is the planting period. These targets don't change the per-hectare figures above — they set the standard cycle timeline below and the harvest curve the Cycles page uses.
Why a separate forecast weight. The meeting's complaint was that projections were overstated: a 16 kg target bunch against roughly 10 kg actually harvested, and 1,900 plants/ha planned against about 1,700 in the field. The target stays the yardstick the Goshen is measured against (it is what turns the report red); the forecast weight is what projections and budgets multiply bunches by. Leave it blank to keep using the target. Set it per Goshen below when a Goshen's own average is different.
🌿 Generation Harvest Curve (how each generation's bunches spread across its harvest periods)
Mother, Daughter 1, Daughter 2, Granddaughter 1 and Granddaughter 2 each harvest in their own 7-period window. The agreed split is 2% / 10% / 25% / 30% / 20% / 10% / 3%, with harvest starting 13 periods after planting or follower emergence (Daughter 2 is 12 periods in the agreed table). Monitor actual performance and adjust any cell as real per-generation data comes in. This explains and forecasts timing — it doesn't change Bunches per Hectare above.

🧮 Standard Cost per Plant (DVS Material and Labor program — per plant, per cycle)
Each line is a cost per plant for one cycle (planting or follower emergence to harvest). Monthly lines are multiplied by Months to Harvest; One-time lines are paid once per cycle; Spread lines are one-time costs shared over several cycles (planting materials and labor, over 5 cycles). The Company Standard sets Materials Cost and Labor Cost below. Each Goshen can keep its own copy, because local wage and operating costs differ.
Costs of getting the fruit from the plant to the buyer, plus what's taken off the quoted price. These rise and fall with volume, so they're kept separate from the fixed per-hectare costs above. Leave blank if already included in Labor or Overhead, so they aren't counted twice.
🎯 Break-even Price & Weight
The minimum selling price and bunch weight needed, at your current production volume and costs, to land at zero profit - not a percentage, the actual number to watch.

🌳 Cost per Tree
Answers "given a 18kg bunch and how many bunches one tree actually produces in a year (from your Bunches per Hectare and Trees per Hectare above), what does one tree earn and cost over a full year?" Both sides are annual figures, so they're comparable — set Gross Weight per Bunch, Stalk/Selection Loss %, and classification pricing above first for this to be accurate.

🗓️ Area Development Schedule
How much of the farm is planted, and how much is actually bearing fruit, each year. Revenue in the 5-Year Projection comes only from producing hectares; operating costs apply to all planted hectares, since young plants still need fertilizer and labor before they bear. Year 0 is the development year, before first harvest. Leave a cell blank to carry the previous year forward, or leave the whole table blank to treat the farm as already fully developed.

🏗️ Establishment / CAPEX
One-time development spending, kept separate from annual operating costs. Per-hectare and per-plant items are charged in the year that area is newly planted, following the schedule above. Lump sums (buildings, equipment) fall in the year you choose. Without a schedule, per-area items are charged in Year 0 across the whole farm.

📊 CAPEX by Year
📅 5-Year Projection
Each year starts from the same weekly harvest rate above by default — edit any year's "Bunches/ha per Week" to model ramp-up (e.g. a lower rate in Year 1 while plants establish) or decline. A farm still maturing rarely has flat production assumptions either, so Year-by-Year Assumptions below lets bunch weight, field loss, stalk %, selection loss, and the classification mix each be set per year too — leave a cell blank to keep using the base value above. Costs compound by the escalation rates below each year — real costs, especially labor and fertilizer, typically rise year over year, so holding them flat across a 5-year horizon would understate later years.

📋 Actual Monthly P&L (Manual Entry)
For typing in real books/records data (e.g. an owner's own monthly P&L) directly, one month at a time — this does not read from or duplicate Charging of Accounts or Payroll, so there's no double-counting either way. Sales/Revenue is never re-typed here — it's pulled live from that farm's real Sales & Harvest Log records for the same month.

📅 Annual Budget & Budget vs Actual
Plan each Goshen's year month by month in the same lines as the Actual Monthly P&L, then compare as the actuals come in. Start from last year's actuals (with a % change) or from the Standard Cost per Plant, then adjust any box. ⇉ fills the same amount in every month. The FAMBOARD Report shows each month's budget beside the actual.
Budget vs Actual
🏢 Corporate (Head Office) Cost Allocation
Head-office costs that belong to no single Goshen (e.g. office salaries, rent, audit fees) are entered once per month and shared out to the Goshens. Each Goshen's share appears on its FAMBOARD Report (section D) and in Budget vs Actual as net income after corporate allocation. Not added to the Goshen's own Monthly P&L, so nothing is counted twice.
📏 Your Assumption vs. Actual
What you assumed above, next to what your real Harvest Logs and Income Statement actually show — all-time totals, treated as one year, same as "Fill from Actual Data" used to work. A farm still ramping up will naturally show a large variance here; that's information, not necessarily an error in the assumption.
🏆 Farm Performance vs. Assumptions
Every farm's real Harvest Logs and Charging of Accounts, measured against this SAME set of assumptions above — so you can see which farms are performing above the benchmark and which are falling short, side by side, at a glance. Ranked by Net Profit / ha, best first.
📋 Summary
Everything above, rolled into one view — every figure here traces back to a specific input further up the page. Nothing below is a separate number; it's all a recap. Pick a farm above to see its real Actual figures side by side with your Assumption — sourced from Plots, Harvest Logs/Sales, and any months entered in Actual Monthly P&L above; rows with no real-data equivalent show "—".
📊 Revenue vs. Cost vs. Net Profit (per ha / yr)
💹 Cost Recommendations
Your own per-hectare monthly cost targets — planting through harvest — vs. what's actually being spent
These targets are yours to set — not a verified industry benchmark. A reasonable starting point is your own historical average per hectare (check Block Comparison for that), then adjust from your own experience or an agronomist's advice. Actual spend below is pulled from Payroll (Labor), Fertilizers, Irrigation, and Charging of Accounts (Materials & Other) — if a cost was logged somewhere else, it won't be counted here.

Same cost and margin logic as the block tables below, rolled up one level per farm — a quick read on which farms are carrying the company and which need attention.
No cost or revenue data recorded against any farm yet.
Blocks by Farm
No harvest data to compare.
Cost & Margin per Block
Combines inventory stock used, fertilizer applications, irrigation, Charging of Accounts entries tagged to that plot, and labor — set against harvest revenue from that plot. Allocated Overhead spreads only Operations-department Charging of Accounts entries with no specific block assigned, over that Goshen's own blocks, proportional to each block's hectarage — Admin, Housekeeping, Security, and Finance are corporate/office costs and are never allocated to a block.
No cost or revenue data recorded against any plot yet.
📊 Where the money goes (Pareto)
Cost types from biggest to smallest, with the running share of total cost. The few at the top are where savings matter most.

🏞 Cross-Farm Comparison
Same cost and margin logic as the per-block table above, rolled up one level — every block's numbers summed by which farm it belongs to. Sorted by Net Margin, best first.
No cost or revenue data recorded against any farm yet.
📤 Snapshot Export / Import — for separate farm servers
Each farm runs its own independent, offline server, so there's no automatic way to see all farms together. Export a small snapshot file from this farm's server, collect one from each of the others (USB drive, email — however works for you), then import them all here for a side-by-side view.

Track fund requests against the standard cost model from Financial Assumptions — see how much of this month's, quarter's, or year's standard need is still left to request
"Standard Need" is computed from your Cost Assumptions (Financial Assumptions page) — Materials + Labor + Overhead for OPEX, and G&A for GAE — treated as annual per-hectare rates and divided by 12 for a monthly figure, then multiplied by hectares. CAPEX has no standard monthly rate; its context comes from Engineering Monitoring's project budgets instead, shown here for reference only.

⚖️ Balance Sheet
What the company owns, owes, and is worth, as of today — assembled from real records across the app, not a formal double-entry ledger
This is a management summary, not a formally audited statement. Assets and Liabilities are each computed independently from real data (Cash, Inventory, Loans, Accounts Payable, etc.) rather than derived to force a balance. If they don't match exactly, the difference is shown honestly below rather than hidden — it usually reflects money spent on assets (vehicles, infrastructure) that was never recorded as an operating expense working through the Income Statement.
As of — reflects today, since the balances below (cash, loan balances) are computed as of now, not a selectable past date.

💵 Payroll
Basic Pay is a flat rate for standard hours — Overtime and Holiday pay require Superadmin approval
Basic Pay is a flat rate for the standard hours each day, no matter how late someone times out. Extra hours only get paid if filed under Overtime Requests and approved by the Superadmin — same for Holidays. This does not calculate SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG/Withholding Tax — those official tables change periodically, so enter them manually per employee under "Other Deductions" if needed.
💼 Funds / Charge Accounts

📤 Final Pay Calculator
Final pay for a separating worker — prorated 13th month and unused leave computed from real records; Separation Pay entered manually, since its formula depends on the specific reason for separation
Separation Pay is not auto-calculated here. 🎨 Appearance
Color theme and font for the whole app — applies for everyone on this server, since it's saved with the shared data
The Glass background uses the first picture of the sign-in screen (Appearance → Sign-in screen), darkened. Each person can still pick their own look with the Aa button.
Company default for everyone. Each person can still choose their own size, high contrast and easy-read letters with the Aa button (saved on their own device).
For everyone. If nobody touches the app for this long, it signs out so a phone or computer left open can't be used by someone else. A warning shows 1 minute before. TV Display Mode is never signed out, and unsaved changes are sent to the server first.
Applies to everyone. New sign-ins start with five pins chosen for their role (managers, finance, staff); anyone can change their own with ☆. You can switch the menu style back any time — nothing else changes.
Preview updates immediately as you choose. Changes apply for anyone using this server once saved.

🩺 Data Health Check
Scans for broken links between records — e.g. an Assignment pointing at a deleted Worker

🔐 Permissions
Fine-tune exactly what each person can view, add, edit, or delete — to prevent accidental encoding, not to replace trust
The Superadmin always has full access to everything and can't be restricted here. Unchecking a box only takes effect for that specific person, on that specific action — everything else about their account stays the same. Leave a row untouched and that person's access stays exactly what it was before this page existed.
Other Modules
Every other module in the app is still governed only by the Staff / Admin / Superadmin role shown in User Management — fine-grained control hasn't been extended to those yet.

📲 Prepare Offline Copy for Phone
For scanning QR codes out in the field, where the server's WiFi doesn't reach.
On this computer: click the button below — downloads two files, the app and today's data.
Get both files onto your phone — email them to yourself, AirDrop, cloud storage, or USB.
On your phone: open farm-manager-offline.html in your browser.
Still on your phone: go to Backup & Restore inside that app, and use Restore Backup to load the data file you transferred.
Now you can go offline — airplane mode, no WiFi, doesn't matter. Walk the farm and scan.
This button only completes step 1. Steps 2–4 happen on the phone itself and can't be automated from here. Once loaded, Manual Code Entry works the same as scanning — read the printed code, type it in.
Archive Old Activity Logs
Activity Logs are the fastest-growing table in the app and the least critical to keep forever — they're an audit trail, not operational data. If sync starts feeling slow, this is usually the first thing worth trimming. This exports everything older than your chosen date to CSV first, then removes only those from the live app (your other data is untouched).
Archive Old Attendance Records
Attendance is the single biggest driver of storage growth in this app — daily, per-worker records add up faster than anything else here. This exports everything older than your chosen date to CSV first, then removes only those from the live app. Pick a cutoff well behind any pay period, performance review, or dispute you might still need to look back on — once archived, an old record can only be found again in the CSV file, not inside the app itself.
Archive Old Charging of Accounts Entries
Each expense entry carries a lot of detail (vouchers, VAT, EWT), so this is the heaviest single record type in the app even though it's logged less often than attendance. This exports everything older than your chosen date to CSV first, then removes only those from the live app. This will reduce the "Actual (all-time)" figures shown on Financial Assumptions, since those are computed from your real expense history — archive only what you're confident you won't need for that comparison, tax records, or an audit going forward.

📚 Load Reference Scenario
A starting point built from published research on Lakatan in the Philippines, not a guarantee of your own results. Loading a scenario replaces your current assumption numbers — review and adjust every field against your own farm afterward.
Not independently sourced: the Materials / Labor / Overhead / G&A cost split below is an estimated starting allocation, not a published Lakatan-specific figure — no credible, detailed breakdown could be found for this. Treat these four numbers as placeholders to replace with your own actuals as soon as you have them (the "Fill from Actual Data" button does this once you have real Charging of Accounts history).

🔢 Manual Code Entry
Type the code printed below a QR code that won't scan — vehicle tag, plot sign, ID card, or bagging cohort.
Add External Benchmark
Annual cost per hectare, by category — leave any blank you don't have a figure for.
📖 How Are These Numbers Calculated?
Walked through using your own current numbers, in the same order the app actually calculates them - so if a figure looks off, this shows exactly which input to check.
QR Code
Print this and post it at the vehicle or plot. Scanning it with any phone's camera app opens this exact form, pre-filled — no need to search a dropdown in the field.
If the code fades or won't scan, type this in under Manual Code Entry instead:

Bulk Apply to Multiple Plots
Creates one identical activity record per selected plot. Master Tagging and Population Count are excluded here — both affect per-plot population records and should be entered one plot at a time.
Bulk Apply to Multiple Plots
Creates one identical irrigation log per selected plot.
Bulk Apply to Multiple Plots
Creates one identical application record per selected plot — same product, rate, and cost applied to each. For inventory-linked dosing (which varies by plot area), use Add Application one at a time instead.
When an item is picked, each plot's quantity is deducted from its stock (in the item's own unit; a quantity in kg is converted using the item's kg per unit).

How this works
✕
🔔 Kiosk Approval Requests
✕
A worker at the Kiosk is outside the farm's geofence (or their location couldn't be checked), is punching after their shift window closed, or is punching from a phone that is not the registered gate tablet — and is asking you to approve their Time In / Time Out anyway.
🔑 Kiosk PINs
✕
The employee number is printed on payslips, so on its own one worker can time in for the whole crew. A 4-digit PIN per worker stops that. Each PIN is shown only once, right here when it is created — write it down and give the worker their own line.
📱 Kiosk tablet
✕
Punching is meant to happen on the tablet at the gate. Register one tablet per Goshen and a punch from any other phone becomes an approval request instead of a punch — a phone at home with a faked GPS cannot get past that. A Goshen with no tablet here still accepts punches from any device, so registering can never lock a crew out.

Import Attendance from CSV
Columns: Date, Worker Name (or Employee No), Time In AM, Time Out AM, Time In PM, Time Out PM, and optional Farm, Fund, Cost Center, Block, ND Hours, Notes. Times like 07:00 or 7:00 AM. Workers are matched by Employee No first, then by name. Fund and Cost Center must be on that Goshen\'s list. A worker who already has attendance that day is skipped. ⤓ Download template
Import Payroll Data from CSV
For bringing in existing payroll cutoffs (e.g. from a spreadsheet like your Daily Works sheet) as Attendance records — each row's Hours is used directly (no clock in/out times needed).
Expected columns: Date, Employee Name (or Employee No), Hours (required), plus optional Cost Center, Fund (matched to that Goshen\'s list, any capitals — a new name is added to the Goshen\'s list), Block, Task / Activity, Notes. ⤓ Download template
Worker names are matched to existing Workers automatically. One row per worker per day — a worker who already has attendance that day is skipped, not overwritten.
Import Workers from CSV
For bulk-adding workers' 201 file details instead of typing each one into Add Worker.
Required columns: Name, Farm. Optional: Employee No, Role, Employment Status, Salary Type, Rate, Hired Date, Default Fund, Default Cost Center, Holiday Pay, SSS No, PhilHealth No, Pag-IBIG No, TIN, Birth Date, Bank Account, Status.
Farm must match one of your existing farms (any capitals). A worker already on record on that farm with the same name or Employee No is skipped, not overwritten - edit that worker directly instead. Default Fund and Cost Center are matched to that Goshen\'s list. ⤓ Download template Photos aren't imported this way; add those individually after.

File Holiday
Applies to every worker who has an attendance record on this date, once approved.

Payroll Settings
These rules apply to every payroll you generate. Company rule below; each Goshen can have its own hours further down. Change them anytime — past saved payroll runs keep the numbers they were generated with.
Working hours per Goshen
Fill in only what is different for that Goshen — a blank box follows the company rule above. Used for late minutes, the standard day for pay and overtime, and the "Fill standard time" button on Quick Attendance.
These apply to Basic Pay on a day the Superadmin has approved as a Holiday, if the employee worked that day. This is a simplified, editable rule — it does not replicate the full DOLE holiday-pay rules for unworked holidays, rest-day overlaps, etc.
ND Amount = ND Hours × Hourly Rate × this rate. ND Hours are entered manually per worker per day on their Attendance record (for guards/night-shift staff whose hours fall between 10PM-6AM).

Rejection Reasons (kg)
Import Selection Loss from CSV
Expected columns: Date, Farm, PD, WK, Target %, Tip Rot (kg), Fresh Bruise (kg), Fruit Guard (kg), Crack Finger (kg), Old Bruise (kg), Others (kg), Total Harvested (kg). Only Date is required. Rows already recorded (same farm, date and kg) are skipped. ⤓ Download template
Import Sales from CSV
Matches your KDI Weekly Sales format. Expected columns: Date, Farm, Block, Total Sales (kg), Total Free/Reserved, Total Giveaway, For Testing, Reject, Overall Total, Total Amount, Class A KG, Class A Amount, Class B KG, Class B Amount, Class C KG, Class C Amount, Class Rx KG, Class Rx Amount, Random KG, Random Amount. Only Date is required — everything else defaults to blank/0. Block is matched to that farm's plots by name (write Mixed for a delivery from several blocks); rows without one are flagged on the Sales page. A Buyer column, if present, is ignored — Sales no longer tracks a per-entry buyer.
Optional VAT Type (Inclusive, Exclusive or Non-VAT; blank = Non-VAT), Payment Status, Paid Date, Buyer, Notes. ⤓ Download template
Import Harvest Logs from CSV
Expected columns: Date, Farm (optional, see below), Plot/Block, Plant Type (M, D1, D2, GD1, GD2 or Mixed), No. of Bunches, Gross Weight, Stalk Weight, Selection Loss, Class A/B/C/Rx/Random, Average Hands/Bunch, Average Calibration, Notes. Date and Weight are required. "%" columns, Average Net Weight, and Total are recalculated automatically and don't need to be in the file. If a row's Average Hands/Bunch is given, Total Hands is estimated as Average × Bunches (edit an entry afterward if you have the exact tally).
Weekly per-farm export files (like the real Goshen harvest tracker) usually have no Farm column at all - pick the Farm below and it's used for every row; a per-row Farm column, if present, always wins over it.

Import Plots from CSV
Expected columns: Farm, Plot/Block, Total Ha, Planted Ha, Remaining Ha, Variety, Stage, Status. Only Farm and Plot/Block are required — everything else is optional. Farm names are matched to your existing farms automatically (case-insensitive). Optional: Gross Area (ha), Planting Date, Ratoon Cycle, Mother Plant, Daughter, Granddaughter, Replant, Mortality, Recovering, Open Space. A block that already exists on that farm (same name) is skipped. ⤓ Download template
Import Charges from CSV
Expected columns (in this order): Date, PCV#, Payee, Ref. No., Particulars, Amount, Account Group, Department, VAT Classification, Farm, Plot/Block.
Column headers are matched automatically even if the exact wording differs slightly. VAT Classification can be blank, "Inclusive", or "Exclusive". ⤓ Download template
Log Calibration Check
Field measurements taken 1-3 weeks before harvest to confirm which bagged cohort is actually ready, rather than relying on the bagging-date estimate alone.
Import Bagging Ledger from CSV
Columns: Farm, Plot, Week, Bagged, Field Loss, Hands. Plot and Week are required. Week is the ribbon week number (1-52) or any date in that week (needs the Week 1 Start Date on Ribbon Calendar). A plot and week already entered is updated, not added twice; blank cells keep what is already there.
Dates: YYYY-MM-DD or M/D/YYYY (a first number above 12 is read as the day, e.g. 25/12/2026). Numbers may use commas (1,250.50). Farm and Plot are matched by name (any capitalisation) or ID. Rows with problems are skipped and listed; nothing is saved until you click Import.
Import Field Losses Reports from CSV
Columns: Date, Farm, Plot, HAS, PD, WK, Type, Replant, Non-Bearing, Bearing, Notes. Date and Plot are required. PD / WK are filled from the Ribbon Calendar when left blank. Plot population: each imported report moves Replant + Non-Bearing + Bearing from Mother Plant to Mortality (or lowers the plain plant count), exactly like + Add Report. The preview shows each plot's counts before and after. Reports already recorded (same plot, date and counts) are skipped.
Import Fallen Tree Incidents from CSV
Columns: Date, Farm, Plot, Cause, Trees Lost, Outcome, Expected Recovery Date, Bunches Lost, Est. Weight Lost (kg), Notes. Date, Plot and Trees Lost are required. Outcome is Recovering (default) or Mortality; a blank Cause is saved as Other. Plot population: each incident moves its trees from Mother Plant to Recovering or Mortality (or lowers the plain plant count), exactly like + Log Incident. The preview shows each plot's counts before and after.
Import Soil Health Logs from CSV
Columns: Title, Farm, Plot, Date, pH, Moisture %, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Health, Notes. Only Date is required; a blank Title is saved as "Soil Sample". Health is Excellent, Good, Fair or Poor. A log with the same Title, Farm, Plot and Date is updated (blank cells keep the old value).
Import Financial Assumptions from CSV
Two columns: Field, Value (a third Description column is ignored). Easiest: click ⤓ Export Values CSV on this page, change the Value column, and import it back. Number fields only accept numbers; yes/no fields accept yes or no. Unknown fields are listed as ignored. The preview shows every change as current → new before anything is applied.
Import Inventory
Items - columns: Item, Farm, Category, Unit, Kg per Unit, Reorder Level, Opening Qty, Opening Unit Cost. Only Item is required. An item with the same name and farm is updated (blank cells keep the old value). Opening Qty on a new item adds one Stock In dated today, reference "Opening stock", like + Add Item.
Stock In / Out - columns: Date, Type, Item, Farm, Plot, Qty, Unit Cost, Reference, Notes. Date, Type (IN or OUT), Item and Qty are required; the item must already exist. Plot is only kept for OUT. A blank Unit Cost on OUT uses the item's average cost, like the Stock Out form. Rows already recorded (same date, type, item, qty and reference) are skipped.
Material Requests - reads the standard MR workbook (NO, MR#, DATE, ITEM DESCRIPTION, QTY, UOM, AREA, CLASS, PREPARED BY, APPROVED BY, VEHICLE/EQUIPMENT, REMARKS) and creates one Stock Out transaction per row. Every sheet in the file is read. Item must already exist in Inventory under the same name (add it first under "Items" above if it doesn't) - rows with an unrecognized item are listed and skipped, nothing else about them is guessed. Farm is matched from the AREA column against your Farm and Plot names; when AREA matches a Plot, that Plot is set too. CLASS, Prepared By, Approved By, Vehicle/Equipment and Remarks are kept in Notes. Rows already recorded (same date, item, qty and MR#) are skipped, so re-importing the same file never creates duplicates.
Import Genfund Replenishment Report (XLSX)
Reads every sheet in the workbook automatically — VAT, Non-VAT, No Receipt and combined batches don't need to be separated first, and each sheet's header can sit on a different row (matches the standard Genfund format: Date, PCV #, Payee, Purchase / Payment of, Charging Account, Sub Account / Cost Center, SI # / OR#, TIN, AMOUNT, plus a VAT 12% column where it applies). Each row's Farm is matched automatically from its Sub Account / Cost Center (e.g. "Banana Tibagan", "Banana Balaong"), falling back to the sheet's SBU/Dept when that doesn't name a farm. Entries with a PCV # that already exists in Charging of Accounts are detected and skipped; receipt-less entries with no PCV # are matched instead on date + payee + particulars + amount — so re-importing the same file, or one with overlap, never creates duplicates.
